I. Training Background

III. Training Contents
1. Detailed Interpretation and Practice of 5S Standards
(1) (Seiri)
- Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the workplace of CT to distinguish between necessary and unnecessary items.
- Develop clear judgment criteria, such as based on work frequency and usage requirements.
- Remove unnecessary items, including outdated files, damaged tools, and excess raw materials.
(2) (Seiton)
- Classify, label, and position the necessary items of CT.
- Design reasonable tool placement areas, such as tool racks and cabinets, to ensure easy access and return of tools.
- Designate specific storage areas for raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products of CT, and provide clear identification.
- Establish placement rules for items, such as classification by model, specification, and usage.
(3) (Seiso)
- Establish a cleaning responsibility system and clarify the cleaning responsible person for each area of CT.
- Develop a cleaning schedule and conduct comprehensive cleaning regularly, including equipment, floors, workbenches, etc.
